Thanks for reaching out Michelle. I appreciate your efforts to help me. I'm a wreck at this point. I called the tech dept and they told me I may not be in the system yet. Am I the only one experiencing this problem? Is it because of something I did (or didn't do)? Why must things be so difficult!
